Neurodiversity in the Workplace

Approximately 1 in 7 people identify with one or more neurodivergent conditions, so it is important to understand what neurodiversity is and how to encourage contributions from neurodivergent employees.

Achieving inclusion begins with understanding the diverse ways individuals experience the world, including the workplace. The course is designed to build awareness and provide the tools for professionals to support neurodivergent colleagues effectively within their teams and businesses, making the most of their unique strengths.

In this course, we will explore how we can all better support and develop neurodivergent employees and harness their unique talents to create an inclusive workplace culture for everyone.
