Crisis Communications Workshop
During the course you will:
think about crises in terms of the pre-crisis, the crisis event, and the post-crisis from a global perspective
put the theory into practice and prepare to manage the communications and PR around a crisis
complete an exercise experiencing a ‘real’ crisis situation
react to and responding to the crisis, to formulate a credible communications response
look at how and whether a crisis can be turned into an opportunity.
