Crisis Communications Workshop

During the course you will:

  • think about crises in terms of the pre-crisis, the crisis event, and the post-crisis from a global perspective

  • put the theory into practice and prepare to manage the communications and PR around a crisis

  • complete an exercise experiencing a ‘real’ crisis situation

  • react to and responding to the crisis, to formulate a credible communications response

  • look at how and whether a crisis can be turned into an opportunity.
